What kind of chocolate to make french truffles?
Im making Chocolate Truffles And I purchased semi-sweet chocolate. Is that fine to use or should I have gotten something different?
That is fine, I prefer a deeper chocolate flavour, if you can find a Lindt or other in bar form with 75-85% cocoa solids,add it to the chocolate you have it will make them that much better.
